Weather your new to SUP or paddling for a while this class is great to improve your skills, meet new people, and get weekly exercise.
We break down the stroke and build on techquic each week. This make it be able to create mucle memory, but also to ensure that your skills are able something that your able to master.
In this class you can learn differant paddle stroke styles and when and how to use them so that you can be confident in a variety of differant types of weather and water.

The classes run for 3 weeks in a series
Classes are 1 hour and 15 min and are held Thursday evenings.
Min 3 in class max 6 - we keep class sizes small so that we can focus on you and your safety
